JaneInspired provides creative direction consultancy, brand storytelling services, and artistic collaboration management. All services are delivered on a project-by-project basis as agreed in a written proposal or contract. No guarantee of specific business outcomes, including but not limited to revenue increases or market share growth, is made unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use the site or services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
All content, materials, and deliverables created by JaneInspired remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the deliverables for their intended purpose. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our work without prior written consent.
JaneInspired shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. JaneInspired reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or services if you violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town, South Africa.
